Pineapple Upside-Down Cake IV

Reviewed: May 19, 2009
Great recipe. Would be a 5 if it were a little more moist. Next time I will add more pineapple juice to the mix. The sugar and butter mix makes this cake..so delish!!

This recipe made me a star in my house. Great taste and so easy. I added some green onion and a bit more cheese. I also, followed the advise of another member and put bread on the bottom to help with the grease. Great recipe. Will make again forsure.

Vegetarian Korma

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
This was my first time making Indian and I think I did pretty good. I followed my cousins advice and used coconut milk instead of cream and added garam masala on top of the 1 1/2 tablespoons of curry. I swapped the cup of peas for a cup of garbonzo beans...delish! My husband was impressed. Will make again for sure.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2008
Really great cookies. I followed others advice and used 2 1/2 cups flour and 1 1/4 cups of peanut butter. The recipe does yield a lot of cookies so be prepared to be baking for a while. My husband liked them cooked 10 mins (chewy) I prefered 13 mins, a little crispy around the edges.
