Sugar Cookies
great recipe. Wonderful flavor (I did add 1/2 tsp almond extract also, though) My grandson has allergy to eggs, so substituted 1 pkg knox gelatin dissolved in 1 TBLS cold water, then add 1 TBL boiling water and stir til frothy. Add immediately to the butter(earth balance because of milk allergy also),shortening,sugar and extract mixture, then add dry ingredients.
Don't overchill or it gets very dry. 20 minutes would be fine.
