Unfortunately we were not a close family and noone exchanged any cooking knowledge, so I learned by taste, friends and cookbooks.

Any time that I make something my husband likes....he is a GREAT cook so for his praise to come it makes me feel REAL good.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
Simple and delicious. I used more lasagna noodles and more garlic but this was a hit with my kids and myself. My husband is a red lasagna lover so he wasn't a fan but I will definitely be making this again and again.

Super Moist Pumpkin Bread
Easy, moist and a family-pleaser! I must say I would have used 3 pans for this recipe, which I followed exactly because my pans overflowed. I would have been just as happy with 3 shorter loaves and next time that is the way I will make it.
