Pan-Seared Tilapia

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
Great Recipe! I only gave it 4 stars because I made a few alterations. Instead of flour, I used cajun seafood breading mix. I also seasoned the tilapia with seasons I like (garlic salt, lemon pepper, pepper). Omitted the butter altogether! Awesome!

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
Good Recipe! Just needed to add some seasoning. I used what I like...garlic salt, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning. Also, I added a little garlic to the butter and mushrooms.

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
Great Recipe! I gave it 4 stars because I made a few changes and a few additions. Like most reviews, I cut the ketchup to 1/2 cup and that was more than enough. I added about 2-3 drops of liquid smoke to give it a little grill taste although it's oven baked. I also seasoned the chicken itself in addition to the sauce. I just used my "go-to" seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic salt - and a little chicken seasoning. Great Recipe!!!

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
Pretty good. I will probably try and marinate overnight as suggested and add my own seasoning to the pork chop.

Baked Spiced Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
This recipe was great! I always add my own seasoning to most recipes because "as is" is usually too bland for my taste. I seasoned my chicken with my usual seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic salt after brushing with oil. Then, i followed the recipe exactly (only reducing the paprika to 1/2 tbsp as suggested by others). Added a little chicken broth to bottom of pan and covered with foil....awesome!

Traditional Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
This was pretty tasty! I gave it four stars ONLY because I tweaked it a little bit. I sauteed my onions first, and seasoned the meat to my liking. Very good recipe, thanks!

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
This was good. I, of course made a few variations. My version took roughly 40 minutes to make. I seasoned the chops to my liking and cooked them in 2 tsps. olive oil, onion, mushroom and garlic until brown on both sides. I removed them to a covered baking dish. In the pan I used to cook the chops, i added 1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and stirred. I added a little beef stock since the soup is thick. I put that mixture onto the chops and baked for about 10-15 minutes. I only gave it three stars because of all the variations but i got the idea from this recipe!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
Good burgers. Made them tonight. I used whole milk because that was all i had on hand. Also, i did not have bread crumbs so i crumbled my own bread. I will use less milk next time b/c the burgers were a little mushy. I added my own seasoning. All in all, good burgers and tasted nothing like meatloaf.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
This was a GREAT recipe!!! I made this for dinner tonight and my husband, 16-year old picky nephew, and I LOVED IT! I didn't make too many variations. After reading the other reviews, I just totally skipped the step of flouring the chicken. I just sauteed it with just the seasoning. I added flour at the end to thicken the mushroom sauce ... worked great! Also, I used chicken stock instead of chicken broth - stock is just a preference of mine. Lastly, I added onion only because my family loves the taste of onion whenever garlic is in a recipe. Other than that, this was perfect!!!! Thanks for posting!
