Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
SO SO SO DELICIOUS!!! I made a few changes, but the original recipe is excellent, too. I added about half the butter, because mine turned out a little too oily with a whole stick. Also, I did minced garlic instead of garlic powder, and added slightly less milk because I like thicker sauces. Other than that, I went by the recipe. This is soooo delicious, a must for any cream sauce lover!

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
Oh my goodness, this soup is delicious! As others suggested, I added less liquid than called for because I like my soup a little thicker. I also added more cheese than called for, plus a little parmesean. It was so delicious on day one, but was even better after sitting in the fridge overnight. Adjust the liquid, cheese, and seasoning to suit your taste, and you've got a delicious and filling meal! Thanks for the recipe!

Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
This was so, so delicious! Like others, I added more cheese (I'd say 1 cup in the mix, 1/2 a cup on top), plus added garlic and 5 strips of bacon. I also used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cheddar cheese soup. It was absolutely fabulous!

Lauren's Cincinnati Chili

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Definitely a tasty recipe! To those who complained about the spices, you have clearly never tried Cincinnatti style chili! It is delicious and original, and has become my favorite "style" of chili. The recipe is meant to taste different than your average chili, and if you are expecting the "same ole, same ole" chili, try a more common recipe. Cincinnatti chili can't be beat :)

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
This was a delicious and easy recipe! I about half an onion in with the butter, then added flour to make the roux. Then I added the other ingredients. At the end, I added 4 cups of sharp cheddar and some Cavendar's seasoning. So tasty and PERFECT on a snowy night :)

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
This recipe was very good! I took the advice of others and only added about half the lemon juice, which was a good choice. Didn't have any Dijon so I used all yellow mustard and it was still yummy!

Roasted Green Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
Ese were good, but they definitely needed some st and pepper. I added cracked pepper, salt, and some garlic salt and my family liked them. I may try balsamic vinegar next time for something different. I also think I'll skip the boiling part.

Chicken Enchilada Soup III

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2012
I really liked this! Not sure it tasted like an enchilada, but it was still tasty. I only used about half of the masa harina (added a little at a time and didn't need more than that), used chicken broth in place of water, and added some black beans and corn. Very tasty! Also, I used green enchilada sauce because I prefer it to red.

Tres Leches Pina Colada Cake

I liked this but didn't love it. It was good and unique, though, and a nice summer dessert.
