About this Cook
I'm in college and definitely a beginner, but I'm learning!
My favorite things to cook
Baking is my thing! I'm a cake, cookie, brownie, bar, trifle, and pie maker. I can cook a little real food too, but cakes and cupcakes are what I like to bake the most.
My cooking triumphs
Just a few weeks ago I successfully made and decorated two beautiful two-layer cakes for my dad's birthday party. It's a great feeling to be proud of your work!

Tres Leches Pina Colada Cake
I liked this but didn't love it. It was good and unique, though, and a nice summer dessert.

Chicken Enchilada Soup III
I really liked this! Not sure it tasted like an enchilada, but it was still tasty. I only used about half of the masa harina (added a little at a time and didn't need more than that), used chicken broth in place of water, and added some black beans and corn. Very tasty! Also, I used green enchilada sauce because I prefer it to red.

Hashbrown Casserole
This was so, so delicious! Like others, I added more cheese (I'd say 1 cup in the mix, 1/2 a cup on top), plus added garlic and 5 strips of bacon. I also used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cheddar cheese soup. It was absolutely fabulous!
