Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Delicious. I did some of the same tweaks that others did: 1 3/4 cups of flour, 1 tsp. each of baking powder and baking soda, and I added one cup of mashed very ripe bananas- which actually came out to be 3 medium sized bananas. So moist and full of banana flavor!

Baked Ziti I
I slightly misread the recipe and thought there would be another layer, so I ended up only adding half the amount of sour cream and provolone. Used crumbled sausage in place of hamburger, just my preference. I did not put any mozzarella on top initially; I covered it and baked for 30 minutes. Then I uncovered it, added a generous sprinkling of mozzarella and parmesan, and cooked for 10 additional minutes. I came out perfectly delicious. Don't be concerned about the sour cream-it just blends with the ingredients nicely. Great recipe!

Rich Italian Sausage and Potato Soup
Absolutely delicious. I browned hot Italian sausage, used chicken broth, and added an extra cup of kale. Left everything else the same. Definitely use the hot sausage!
