Banana Sour Cream Bread

this was so good. the cinnamon/ sugar mix in the pan is a nice touch. i changed the serving size to 11. and it was enough for my 5 mini loaf pans. i baked them at 325.

i cheated and used bisquick. then added the vanilla, banana, choc chips, and pecans. they were very good. next time i will make the pancake batter also.

i have been making this for a long time. this is the best baked ziti. i use ricotta in place of the sour cream. but kept everything else the same.

i love this soup. me and my daughter weren't feeling well. so i made this for us. i used more vegetable stock (all i could find) and chicken broth then called for. i didnt cook the noodles in the soup. i kept them on the side and added them to each bowl when i served it.

very good. i cooked my onion with the beef (cuz i dont like raw onion). i also added a slice of american cheese to mine. i served on fresh buns from the bakery.

Microwave Lemon Curd

i changed the serving size to 5 so i could use 1 egg. i started with a room temp. egg and didnt have a problem with curdling. this was pretty good even though i used frozen bottled lemon juice. and left out the zest since i didnt have any lemons.

Banana Crumb Muffins

UPDATE:10/3/08 i made these again, with the crumb topping these are the best banana muffins! very good and moist. i used oil in place of butter. and added 1 tsp vanilla. i didnt make the crumb topping (i didnt have any brown sugar) but i will the next time i make these. my 2 y/o daughter loved these.

i added a dash cinnamon, vanilla, and about a tsp of brown sugar. i used a 10in nonstick cake pan since i dont have a cast iron pan. came out very good, and my 2 y/o loved it. i ate mine plain she had hers with bluberry syrup on the side to dip.

Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

used i cant believe its not butter spray, a little over 1/2 a banana. and added a few chocolate chips (got the idea from another sandwich on this site) you will need a tall glass of milk to wash this down, but its so good. i wish my mom would have known about this when i was growing up. :D

Great Grandma Johns' Pasties

IM JUST RATING THE DOUGH. I FILLED THESE WITH LEFT OVER POT ROAST. AND HEATED THE VEGGIES AND GRAVY ON THE SIDE. IT WAS VERY GOOD, KINDA LIKE A 'POT PIE' IN POCKET FORM.
