Sugar-Topped Applesauce Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
these were very good and simple. the only change i made was, i sprinkled raw sugar on top before baking them, so they would have a nice crunch on top. instead dipping them in butter then sugar after they were baked

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
i cheated and bought a pizza dough from the bakery. i made the alfredo sauce, it was so good. i par-baked the crust, then topped it with the sauce, and some left-over chicken meatballs. then mozzarella cheese. baked it just untill the cheese started to brown a little. let it cool slightly before you cut it, otherwise the sauce runs.

im giving the idea of this a 5. i didnt follow the recipe.i cut chicken breast into 'nugget' size pieces. tossed them in the taco seasoning mixed with a little flour. then into an egg/milk mixture. and finally into plain panko bread crumbs. baked them @ 375 on a greased sheet pan. they were super yummy this way.

Smooth Sweet Tea

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
this is the best sweet tea ever, thats what my 3 year old said. i used 2 family size tea bags since that what i had. i didnt pour the hot tea into my glass jar, i was afraid it would break. so i boiled 2 cups of water in a large pot, removed from the heat and added the baking soda & tea bags covered and let sit for 15 mins. then i added the sugar and when it was desolved i added the 6 cups of cold water. then i poured it into my glass jug.

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots

Reviewed: May 29, 2008
very good. i left out the red pepper. and used butter in place of the oil. (i melted the garlic and butter together) for the people who complained about chopping the garlic, i use 'gourmet garden' garlic its in a squeze tube, and you find it in the produce section near the fresh herbs. (thats where they have it at Publix)
