These were great. I didn't roll them out, instead I made them like drop biscuits. I also added a handful of shredded cheese and about a teaspoon of garlic powder.
I also made these with gluten free self rising flour and just cut the baking powder down to a teaspoon. I was afraid it would turn out another failed biscuit experiment but it was really good. Couldn't tell it was any different than regular flour once baked...although before it was cooked did look just like really think mashed potatoes. Perfect with beef stew,
