Really good and easy to make! Followed the exact recipe and came out delicious. I had to cook mine for 30 minutes...perhaps the size of the meatballs vary. Everyone loved it!

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
Very good and tasty!! I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I cut the sugar by 1/2 a cup. Since I needed egg whites to wash the crust, I added an extra egg yolk to the egg custard mix. My family loved it! Easy to make-- be patient and pour the scalded milk SLOWLY to the eggs.

Banana Cream Pie III

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
Great and easy recipe. Although I would put more bananas in next time (personal taste). Used 1 box of vanilla and 1/2 box of banana cream pudding. Left whipped cream on the side of tasters' preferences and followed others on the lemon trick for the bananas. BTW, used ready-made graham pie crust.

I don't like sloppy joe's but thought I should make give it a try with the great reviews. Tried the recipe and to my surprise, I liked it. As for my husband... he asked for seconds and more! This recipe is a keeper.

Carol's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
Didn't care for the poultry seasoning taste. Thought it was average. Next time, I would use less of that seasoning or not use it at all. Thanks for sharing.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
Great recipe but found the frosting too sweet. So second time around, I cut the sugar by half and it was just sweet enough.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
Monkey bread is always a hit. Add a few drizzle of honey before baking to get the gooey carmelization. MMMMM good! Add cream cheese and sugar/cinnamon sprinkle in the middle of each biscuit pieces for a yummy surprise.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2008
This recipe is a crowd pleaser! READ carefully as the recipe calls for "AS NEEDED" stock quantity. Start with 1 1/2-2 cups as you can always add more. I added cubed apples & used a mixture of cranberries & raisins. Also used slow cooker liner for easy cleaning. Everyone one loved it!
