Alfredo Sauce

This is a great recipe. It's rich and creamy and very yummy. I used salted butter and grated parmesan & asiago cheese blend.

French Crepes

The texture and flavor on these are fantastic. My cooking skills, not so much. I burned or tore about 6 crepes. Darn it. I forgot how fragile they are. I will keep practicing.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Very good pancakes. Much better than a mix. I feel like something was missing though. Maybe a touch of vanilla? The batter is thick, but the finished product is light and fluffy. I will definitely make again.
