This was absolutely amazing, and SO easy!!! I tweaked it just a tiny bit. I used whole stewed tomatoes since that was all I had, and light sour cream. I also threw in about 5 leaves of fresh chopped basil. It came out so good my husband asked me to make it again later this week!

Lower Fat Banana Bread II

I loved this recipe! I made a few alterations though. Instead of using regular applesauce, I used strawberry because it was all I had. I also used 3 banana's, and about a teaspoon of cinnamon. Very good! I will certainly be making this again!

Broccoli Beef I

I used the general idea for this- Instead of making a sauce I used a bottle of Teryaki Ginger marinade and a few extra veggies. I served it over rice and my whole family adored it! I'll be making this again for sure!
