I used a can of diced tomatoes with spicy red peppers and it added a really nice kick to it. One thing is that you have to bake this right after making the layers. I waited an hour to stick it in the oven and the heat from the ground beef made the chips soggy. Overall, pretty tasty and a nice snack to have while watching a game of football.

Ratatouille Pasta

I had never tried eggplant or zucchini before this dish but we had bought some on sale and decided to try out the vegetables for this particular dish. The seasoning was perfect and the vegetables were tender and wonderful. I would certainly recommend it.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made this yesterday. Instead of raspberries, I used blackberries. The actual fruit is really good though a bit too sweet. As for the cinnamon chips, "Stacey's" (brand name) makes some already premade so I tried those. They're a bit too hard so next time I'll try making my own.

Apple Dumplings I

I'm not the biggest fan of desserts. So when I was asked to make one, I decided on this recipe since any dessert served with ice cream is the dessert for me. After trying this, I have to say that I'm hooked. This is without a doubt the easiest, most delicious dessert I have ever made.
