Honey Curried Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Loved it. Next time I will decrease the honey (it was a tad too sweet) and increase the red pepper flakes. The chicken was fabulous!

Loved this sauce - a little sweet then the spicy comes at the end. Used Country Pork ribs and they were falling off the bone. Will be keeping this one around!

Hot Spiced Cider

We loved this! I used a crockpot to warm the cider and wrapped the ingredients in cheese cloth instead of placing in a coffee pot. Worked great and I plan on making it in the future.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

We loved this! The turkey turned out great... and the gravy was superb! I used this same recipe to roast a chicken and it was just as good. Great job!

Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Good recipe that you can add or subtract what you like and it always turns out well. I like to add more mandarin oranges and some sour cream to counteract the sweetness a bit. Always a hit with the kids :) Ok, and with Grandma too!

Hash Brown Casserole II

Good recipe though mine turned out too salty. Next time I will reduce the salt significantly and let people add it after according to their taste. I also prefer this recipe without the cereal topping and it works great.

Holiday Chicken Salad

This salad was WONDERFUL. I doubled it for a party and served it with crackers. The salad went a long way and was close to gone when the party ended. LOVED IT.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I am not a big rice pudding fan, but I made this for a friend's birthday who LOVES it. Everyone seemed to love it, and the birthday girl said this recipe was better than the one she has used for years. Many asked for a copy the recipe, one of them asked several weeks after we made it :) Good recipe.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

My family enjoys this with the Oven Brown rice and Maple Dill Carrot recipes. Personally, I REALLY enjoy the dill sauce and enjoy mixing with my rice as well as the fish. Thanks for a great recipe!
