Simple Southwestern Chicken Salad

I liked this but do agree with a couple of the other reviews about using less seasoning. A whole packet is alittle too much. I also covered salad with shredded chedder. Would make again.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

Good basic recipe. You can change ingredients liberally. Next time I am going to try a southwestern/mex mix. Chorizo, onions and maybe some jalepenos.

Roasted Vegetables

It was good but I would suggest using 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of spices recommended. They were too overpowering and drowned out the taste of the vegetables.
