Ranch Ham Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2012
It was a good recipe, but I agree with some other reviews ... The whole ranch packet was a bit much, and I added some shredded cheese. It was a hit though!

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
This recipe was quick, easy, and actually pretty tasty. The only changes I made are as followed: added taco seasoning to the chicken after cubing, used whole wheat instant rice and much less cheese. Overall, a great recipe!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Wonderful. Didn't change a thing. Although I think the recipe yields more like 6 servings, especially if it's the main dish. Will for sure make again, and will double.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
This was very good. I used shake n bake (basically bread crumbs), because that's all I had and I'm trying to clean out my cupboard, but it is a great recipe and I'm sure just as good with the bread crumbs!

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
This is a great recipe, and easy! The only thing I would recommend is to go light on the onion. It overwhelmes the rest of the casserole if you use what the recipe calls for. 4+ stars!

Sweet Tooth Treats

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
I did not care for these. After making the "dough," there was no way to form them into balls, they were complete liquid. So I refrigerated them for about an hour and they weren't much harder, but I attempted to form them anyways. While dipping them, they turned into soup, and even after 24 hours of refrigeration, they can only be eaten with a spoon. While they taste good, I do NOT recommend this recipe. Maybe if you left out the vegetable oil and regrigerated them for ample time, they would be better.

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
WOW! This is amazing. I, too, was skeptical thinking it would be bland, but it was awesome! I made my own crust using a cheap Jiffy mix, honey bbq sauce and a mixture of monterey jack/cheddar shredded cheese. Everyone loved it and I will be making it again!

Horseradish Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
These are great! I made these, and a standard "Deviled Eggs" recipe without the horseradish and dill weed, and with sugar and less mayonnaise. These were hands down - much better! The only thing I did differently is used a dash of salt instead of 1/8 tsp. And my 3 year old son loves them!

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2008
This recipe was just ok. It needed something ... I'd be fine with plain old Spaghetti Sauce(with hamburger) and Pasta. This didn't take very long but was too runny, even after adding the suggested 6 oz Tomato Paste. Maybe it will be better the second day, after having time to sit and thicken.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
This was an awesome recipe. It goes great as an appetizer, dessert or snack. I bought the small tortilla's and cut them into halfs, then halved again; and it made enough for a HUGE party. The fruit dip was great too, but I don't recommend cutting the strawberries with an electric dicer/chopper because it made them too runny. Overall, an AWESOME and creative recipe.
