Black Magic Cake

DELICIOUS. have made this many times, always get compliments on how moist and chocolatey is. i make it in a bundt pan and it turns out beautifully.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

WONDERFUL chocolate chip cookies!!! i've used this recipe for years now, and i just realized i never rated it or added a review! i add a full teaspoon of salt because i tend to like a saltier cookie dough. i also cut back on the chips. however, i've made them both ways and they always get GOBBLED up instantly!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

so easy, and sososo good. this recipe really does make a basic, flaky pie crust. have used it multiple times in various pie recipes, always with outstanding results. one note--i've noticed that i need to add additional ice water to get the desired consistency.

Pumpkin Loaf

very good pumpkin bread, cream cheese really does make it. it's also very heavy, which is how i think a pumpkin bread should be. fab!

Autumn Apple Blender Cake

this is FAAAABULOUS! the whole house smelled wonderful, just a few minutes into baking. i ran out of maple syrup, so i wound up using about 1/4 cup maple syrup, and the rest the "fake" low-cal stuff my mom buys. then, i added about 1/2 teaspoon of maple extract...still tasted great!

Chocolate Macaroons I

SOOOO GOOD!!! i had to get my mom to keep her hands off until pesach! these can be made kosher for passover just by getting chocolate chips with "fake" cocoa butter! as far as kids loving them, i am the kid here, and I LOVE THEM!!!
