Homemade Chipotle Oil

THANKS CHEF JOHN! A-1 SALAD. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR HEALTHY WAYS TO SNEAK FOOD IN MY FAMILY'S MOUTHS! DID NOT HAVE PERSIMMONS, HOWEVER I HAD SOME REALLY SWEET STRAWBERRIES THAT DID THE TRICK.

Gluten-Free Cheese and Herb Pizza Crust

Great pizza crust recipe. One of the better ones I have tried. I also used white rice flour instead of the bean flour. A lot of people do like bean flour. However, I don't care for the beany taste in my food inless I'm eating Indian food. Anywhoo- for the people who are going to try this remember the dough is more like a batter so spread it. Do not add more gf flour it will weigh more like a brick and chew like one too=) If you are having problems spreading it use a little water on your spatula or fingers that should help.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

I AM ADDING TO ALL THE OTHER 5 STAR RATINGS. MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT. I HAD TO SUB OUT THE WHEAT PASTA FOR BROWN RICE PASTA. OUR FAMILY IS ALLERGIC TO GLUTEN SO I ALSO HAD TO USE ASIAN WHITE RICE FLOUR TO MAKE THE ROUX. SINCE WE DONT DO PROCESSED CHEESE I USED A REALLY GOOD SHARP AND SWISS CHEESE. IT WAS GREAT AND IT WAS A GOOD STARTING POINT TO GO BY. THANX MOUSE=)

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

LOVED THE COOKIES AND SO DID THE REST OF MY FAMILY. I MADE THEM WITH A GLUTEN FREE FLOUR MIX AND THEY TURNED OUT GREAT. THE ONLY THING I CHANGED WAS I USED 1/4C WHITE SUGAR AND 1/2C OF BROWN SUGAR. WHEN YOU USE A GF FLOUR MIX W/BROWN RICE FLOUR THEY HAVE A TENDENCY TO BE DRY. THE BROWN SUGAR HAS MOISTURE SO IT GAVE THEM THR MOISTURE THAT IS NEEDED. THANKS JOAN FOR A GREAT RECIPE.

Blackberry Cobbler II

Loved it! Made it gluten free, used a brown rice all purpose flour mix. I also used four heaping cups of frozen blackberries instead of fresh. It turned out marvelous if I have to say so myself. Everything I kept the same. A must try!
