Apple Crisp II
This was so delicious!! I took others advice and halved the water and doubled the topping. I used Golden Delicious apples and they were so good. This was perfectly topped with vanilla ice cream!

Baked Pork Chops I
These were so good as is!! I kept all of the ingredients the same, just adjusted the cooking time. I had thin boneless pork chops, so I cooked in the oven for 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes after adding the sauce. I also warmed the sauce in a small saucepan before pouring it on the chops! As my boyfriend put it, "Best pork chops you have ever made!" I agree!! My 3 year old also ate them, who refuses to eat pork chops any other time I make them.

Aunt Johnnie's Pound Cake
I cut the almond extract in half and added 1 tsp vanilla extract and still thought the almond flavoring was too much. Next time I will only use vanilla extract. The texture was perfect!
