Delicious! I cheated and used the food processor to do most of my slicing (even the grapes) making this salad a cinch to prepare. I added about one tablespoon of honey which gave it a tasty sweetness. I'll make this dish again!

Honey Pancake Puff

5- stars all around. I've never eaten anything like this before. It's kind of like a breakfast cheesecake. This dish can be very elegant or very everyday. Like the contributor suggested "The toppings make all the difference."

Cajun Seafood Pasta

Heed the warning "divide the amounts of peppers in half." I am not "weak of tongue" and I couldn't finish a single serving. I couldn't taste any flavors other than pepper.

Puttanesca I

This recipe is very flavorful, quick, easy cleanup, and uses ingredients that I keep onhand. For those pitting Greek olives, try pitted Kalamata Olives. I substituted anchovy paste for anchovies - just because I keep the paste onhand, but not anchovies. We'll enjoy this dish again and again.

Blackened Shrimp Stroganoff

Delicious! Excellent recipe. It does dirty a few dishes, but worth it. I used the individually frozen shrimp, which, when thawed and heated added liquid leaving my sauce a little runny. If you use the same type of shrimp, drain the liquid after cooking the shrimp. Sourdough bread is a must have with this dish to sop up every last bit of this delicious sauce

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I followed the recipe and found that this recipe needs a bit of tweaking, but will be worth the effort. The batter filled five of the muffin "cups" approximately 2/3 of the way in my large tin. I LOVE strudel topping, yet there was WAY TOO MUCH topping for the muffins. One of the five muffins I simply topped with sugar and it turned out perfect. The strudel interfered with even baking and rising. I will make these again, because they were tasty, but with several modifications.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Although I do not enjoy sugar cookies, the cream cheese in this recipe sets it apart from all others. The dough was somewhat sticky to work with, but produced a nice cookie with a delicious balance of flavors.

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

This is the best dough recipe for a cinnamon roll that I've tried. I used my bread machine and the dough turned out perfect. The topping was very good but I added a cream cheese frosting that really made the roll. The "Easiness Rating" really drops the overall rating. Rolled baked goods are never easy, and this one is no exception. It is just good messy fun.

Chicken Salad in the Tropics

This is excellent for those who enjoy eating healthy meals. The flavors work wonderfully together and there is such a nice variety of fresh ingredients most children can find something they enjoy. I will make this again exactly as it is written.

Spinach Mushroom Quiche

My family enjoyed this recipe. I couldn't find the lemon herb soup or pasta mix so I had to use Knorr's Herb and Garlic Pasta Sauce and a squirt of lemon juice concentrate. My 3 1/2 year old was neutral on this dish, which is a good sign. Unless it is a dessert or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, she will either eat with objection or be neutral.
