Brownie Snack Cake

I have used this recipe time and again; I love that these brownies come out with a fudge-type texture, but are still light. I always add a bit of almond extract for a twist. Use melted jam or butterscotch on top for extra flair, too. Absolutely wonderful recipe.

Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)

This stuff lives up to it's billing. Easy to make, easy to remember, my husband and I both adore it (and my husband is a macaroni and pizaa guy), so this is a definite keeper. Try this!

Beef Stew VI

Best soup/stew I have EVER made. I was delighted, my husbnad was delighted. It was terrific. I added a half cup of wine instead of water, but added an extra cup of water at the end because I didn't follow instructions right and put everything into the pot at once... oops. Everything was great though. I want to be able to come up with recipes like this!
