Salmon Cakes II

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2011
These were really good but I did change it up. I added 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 2 tablespoons dried chives, a little garlic, a tablespoon lemon juice, and a 1/4 cup creme cheese. After everything was added it made 10 fair sized cakes.

Maple Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
this is excellent on banana pecan cakes but i would adjust the maple according to taste for those who don't care for a strong maple flavor or for those who think it doesn't taste enough like maple.

Black Forest Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
If you are having problems with the cake being to dry try using tomato sauce instead of an oil substitute and possible hot fat free milk or butter milk instead of water.

Easy Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
instead of using condenced and evaporated milk in the cake mix try using the same amount in butlermilk instead also adding two tablespoons of stong coffee will give it a more chocolatey taste. also if you don't like the frosting try mixing chocolate chips into the batter and dusting the final cake with powdered sugar.

I forgot to remind anyone who uses this recipe that using olives cured in a vinegar brine will drastically change the flavor of the recipe.

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2010
Really good and really easy ranch dressing reminds me of the dressing at the restaurant my grandmother used to take me to.
