OMG Sooo good. Omit sugar, double honey. Add 1 cup white wine and 2 tbs corn starch to marinade and boil. Bake 15 min each side at 350.

Wow! I've tried many variations of banana bread recipes and this one is the best! Changes: A full batch fits perfectly into 2- 5 1/2 X 9" Loaf pans, Baked at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes Added 1 tbsp Epicure Apple Pie Spice (cinnimon, cloves, nutmeg...) Light Sour Cream worked great!
