Bird Seed Energy Bars
This is a great recipe. I added cranberries, peanut butter and pumpkin seeds and an extra egg. I pressed them into a cupcake pan and they came out perfectly. Delicious!! Will definitely use this recipe again and again.

Maple Apple Crisp
This is a great recipe! I doubled the topping and added 1 tsp. of vanilla and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Had to bake it for 1 hour to get the topping nice and crisp. My son asked if I can make this more often. Thanks for the great recipe!

Grandma Johnson's Scones
OMG...these were the best scones I have ever had! This was my first time making it and they turned out perfectly. I did however make 2 changes. I decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup and sprinkled raw sugar on top to give it a nice crunch. I do not have a food processor so I put the butter in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden it before cutting into small pieces. Freezing it made it much easier to cut it into small chunks. I also made only 16 scones and baked it for 25 minutes. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!
