Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Wow, yum! I forgot how much I love snickerdoodles. After reading the reviews, I upped the topping to 3 T and 3.5 tsp (and put it in a plastic baggie), I also set my oven to slightly less than 400 because my oven tends to be pretty hot. I hand-mixed everything, and kept the dough in the fridge while I cleaned everything up and pre-heated the oven in hopes that the cookies wouldn't spread out too much while they baked. I took them out when they were cracked but still lightly wet-looking in the cracks, which was around 7ish minutes for me. They turned out great! The texture is awesome and the flavor couldn't be better. We'll see if there are any left by the time my boyfriend gets in town tomorrow, ha!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III
These are incredible, and I'm not even a huge PB cookie fan. my boyfriend said they're the best cookies he's ever had! mine were done sooner than 10 minutes.. the ones i left in for 10 minutes were still good but a little bit darker on bottom than i wanted. at about 8 minutes the next batch was perfect! so just watch them. i did press them down a little bit with a fork before baking to make sure they were flat for the sandwich effect (but still chewy! so good)
