Best Buttercream Frosting

Wow! This is my go to frosting from now on! Both my husband and son who usually scrap off frosting loved it! I made this because I didn't have powdered sugar. I did not have patience for 15 mins with the butter and sugar and it was gritty. I also only had White whole wheat flour. It was absolutely delicious and fluffy.I did not put it in fridge before frosting. I would be afraid to use powder sugar and make it too sweet, then my guys won't like it. Thanks for the great recipe!

City Chicken

This was SOOO good! Just like I remember eating while growing up in Ohio! I didn't use skewers and browned with light Olive oil,then baked in the over (350 ) for 1 hour. Also added paprika to flour. Thank you for the recipe!

Whole White Wheat and Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thank you so much for this recipe! They are so yummy and soft! I did not have powdered milk so I used 2% milk and I did not add pecans. I am trying to stay away from white sugar...will make these again and again!

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

These were so good! I did not use the all purpose flour, only white whole wheat. Instead of butter I used coconut oil and used palm sugar for the sugar. I also did the 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 1 cup milk instead of buttermilk. Like the recipe states don't over work dough. Instead of rolling dough out, I patted the dough into a square and cut bisquits into squares, they don't have to be round to be yummy and yummy they are for being whole grain!

Marshmallow Treats

So yummy! Instead of using 4 cups of marshmallows I used a 10oz bag which is like 6 cups of marshmallows. They were soft and flexable..but I like them like that.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

This is so good and creamy! I used 1 cup crisco and 1 cup butter, it also had a beautiful pearl like sheen to it. This is deffinately a keeper!!!

Wedding Cake

It was so good and not super sweet, My husband loved it. He does not like super sweet desserts. I used organic suger and added 1/8 tsp lemon extract and 1/8 almond extract and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. I will it make again! Best white made from scratch cake I've found so far.
