White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2012
Every bite of this cake is delightful. This makes a great sweet treat to serve your guest, or perhaps a nice birthday cake for your loved one. I think the raspberry sauce was a bit too sour so I sweeten it a little bit more by adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. For the crust I followed other reviewers advice and made it with only 1 tbsp. of sugar and it tasted just fine like that (remember that if using Oreo cookie crumb, like I did, the cookies are already sweet enough). Anyway the cheesecake is delicious and I am not being sarcastic. Try it, you'll enjoy it!

Chinese Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
Delicious recipe even after a minor alteration. I thought the sauce was too thick so I went ahead and added about 1/4 cup of red cooking wine to thin it out just a bit and the end result was a nice consistency. This is a savory dish and adds variety to my weekly dinner schedule. By the way, this dish has pretty colors, thus making it look appetizing.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
Decadent cookie. The chocolate mint melted on top is so good. A few changes were done: the butter was increased to one cup and the salt was increased to one teaspoon based on another recipe that was similar to this one. I beat the sugar and butter(softened) and then added the melted chocolate chips. I served mine with a glass of milk and I got a refreshing taste after each sip because of the mint.

Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
Delicious! Excellent orange chicken recipe. I will minimize the red pepper flakes next time because it was too hot for the kids. Also, I used panko bread crumbs instead of flour and I did soak the chicken pieces in egg wash before coating them with the crumbs. I did not mix the chicken pieces with the sauce instead pour it at the end while serving. Sauteed broccoli and mushrooms made great sides on our plates. Tasty and yummy!

Chicken Lo Mein

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2011
Delicious. Succulent sauce. It's so nice to make a dish like this at home than to buy it from a restaurant. I did substitute the snow peas for broccoli since not all members of my family are fond of them. This recipe is a keeper and will become a regular in my home. Needless to say, my family loved it.

Chocolate Cream Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
Nice smooth and chocolatey taste. Will make again. I did liquify the cornstarch and tempered the egg yolks before adding to the rest of the mixture and it turned out great. I didn't want to risk adding the yolks at once and messing the recipe. Overall, I recommend this recipe for all sweet tooth's out there.
