Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: May 12, 2014
I have made this twice. This was good exactly as written (a bit salty and I did put the chicken on a rack to keep it from getting soggy on the bottom when baking). The second time the spices I used were one tablespoon lemon pepper, one tablespoon Italian seasoning, one tablespoon of salt and one of pepper and a teaspoon of both dry mustard and garlic powder. Came out great and a bit more to our families tastes.

Mustard Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
This is an excellent dish. I as some reviewers have noted doubled the marinade recipe and made sauce out of the reserved portion. I made this with pork tenderloin. butterflied boneless/skinless chicken breasts and thighs and it was fantastic. Served with wild brown rice and garlic roasted asparagus. Yummmmy

Very Tasty - We are not usually rosemary fans but really good when used in moderation. Followed the recipe to the T except for not wasting beer by pouring 1/2 of the beer out but simple poured it into me ...Great recipe Thx Debbie

Excellent meatloaf recipe. Only change I made was to put the ketchup and brown sugar with a dash of worchestershire sauce on the top as a glaze the last 20 minutes of cooking. delish!

Amazing Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
Very good I baked at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes turning them over once half way thru baking. Tender and juicy/moist. I lightly floured the chicken then used an egg wash then the crumbs. (Not a mayo person) Kids love these when cut into nugget sizes and served with honey for a dipping sauce. Thanks for the recipe. Great on fish such as perch etc.

Potato Skillet

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I've been making a version of this for years. It's one of our camping trip favorites. I make extra boiled potatoes for supper and cube them up, fry them and add whatever meats and spices we want. Great with a spicy chili sauce on the side. A one dish wonder. Can me made for one or the whole family. Quick and delicious.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
This is very good. Simple and easy. It could easily be a 4.5 - 5 rating. I added a bit more seasoning salt pepper and garlic (our tastes), browned the pork before putting in the slow cooker. By adding small potatoes and carrots you have a complete meal all in one pot.

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
At first reading I was skeptical as I'm not overly fond of ketchup. I made this as written the first time and really enjoyed the flavour and simplicity. Last night I made it with a touch of garlic and 1/2 pkg of onion soup mix. For our tastes it was even better than the first time. Thanks for the recipe
