Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2013
I took everyone's suggestions and used 2 cups brown sugar, 3 cups confectioner's sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. I also used 2 tsp vanilla instead of 1 tsp. This was the best fudge I ever made. I felt guilty for eating so much fudge but it was so yummy I couldn't resist!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2013
This was a very very tasty dish! The alfredo sauce is thick and really cheesy. I added salt and pepper to the chicken breasts while they were cooking. I also decreased the amount of milk from 3 cups to 2 cups, and I only used 1 tomato instead of 3. I will be making this again! Thanks for the delicious recipe!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
Very delicious cookies. I added a pinch of cinnamon and more raisins and they were very tasty. I used a regular size cookie scoop and the cookies didn't spread like normal, so I ended up with small bite size cookies. But they were still delicious. Next time I might reduce the amount of quick cooking oats from 3 cups to 2 - 2.5 cups.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
Yummy! I made this recipe exactly as written and it tasted really good. It definitely has a kick to it and my kids didn't like how spicy it was. The next time I made this I left out the can of diced green chile peppers and instead of using 2 cans of diced tomatoes, I used 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies. It was a nice compromise because the all the flavor was there but not all the spice. I can't wait to make this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
I was very excited to make this after reading all the reviews. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it tasted ok. My biggest complaint was the texture of the chicken, it was so slimy I couldn't stomach eating it. Also, I think it is too creamy and rich for my taste. I won't be making this dish again.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
YUMMY! I read all the reviews and was so excited to make these. I made the cookies exactly as the recipe says, except I cooked them ata 375 degress instead of 400. I will be making these again. They are soft on the inside and just right on the outside.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
This was very good but to me it's more of a casserole. I used only 1/2 cup bread crumbs and it was perfect. Thanks for a tasty recipe!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
Tastes very good but was missing something. I added 1/2 tsp salt, other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Next time I'll probably add more sour cream or some shredded cheese.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
These cookies are simple to make. As written, the cookie is pretty good but a little bland. The next time I made them I added 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, and used 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg yolks. These revisions made it a 5 star recipe!

Easy Lemon Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
These cookies were like a breath of fresh air. I didn't have any lemon extract so I used 1.5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice and 1/2 tsp lemon zest. I also added 1/2 tsp vanilla exract. Make sure you bake these at 350 degrees, 8-10 minutes. PERFECT!

Smooth Sweet Tea

I like my ice tea very sweet...This tea was very good but next time I will add a tad bit more sugar. It is very similar to the sweet ice tea served at McDonalds. Thanks for a great recipe!

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and tasty this was. There's not too many ingredients listed but the end result is still very tasty. I added dill to the egg salad and served it on top of white bread topped with lettuce. Very good!

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
This recipe sounded so good but it turns out my family is not a fan of canned salmon. The flavors in this recipe are very good. Just be sure to get the can salmon that is skinless and no scales / bones. Also, the ingredients listed for the sauce are pretty bland. Add whatever seasonings you like to spruce it up (dill, garlic, lemon pepper).

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
The salad dressing was AMAZING!! From now on this will be my salad dressing of choice. It is that good! The salad was pretty good. I made minor modifications...I used blue cheese instead of swiss cheese and that seemed to work well. I also used pecans since I didn't have cashews at home. I would make this salad again with those modifications. Next time I'm gonna try adding dried cherries or apricots along with the cranberries.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
What did I do wrong? I followed this recipe exactly as written with no changes at all. I used the pudding mix right out of the box. Was I suppose to prepare the mix into pudding? Can someone who's had success with this recipe please clarify if the pudding needs to be prepared? The cookies weren't bad, just pretty bland and not worth all the hype.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
This dish was very tasty BUT...super rich. Almost to the point where it gave me an upset stomach. I will definitely attempt this recipe again but definitely cut back to half the butter and heavy cream. Other than that the taste and texture of this dish was amazing.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
This was ok. I made the recipe exactly as written. The flavors were ok but nothing to get excited about. My 3 year old son ate a huge plate of it for dinner but I wasn't crazy about it. Not sure if I will be making this dish again.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
WOW impressive! I was a little hesistant to make this because the ingredients seemed a little weird but I'm glad I gave it a shot. This chicken salad was really delicious on bread. Even my husband complimented me on it. I made it exactly as written but I omitted the green peppers because I didn't have any. I will definitely be making this again!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
This was super super yummy! My husband really enjoyed these! I thought it had way too much rosemary so I cut that way back. I know it's rosemary chicken, I guess I just don't care for the taste of rosemary. But I will definitely continue to make these!
