These were excellent. They did take about 45 minutes to cook. When they were done I shredded asiago cheese on top and broiled them to golden brown. My son who is not a big fan of potatoes said they were very good! Will def make these again.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I followed the recipe exactly and it was good. However, the sauce was too watery. Next time I will try thicking with cream or corn starch.

Hoagie Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This was excellent. I too am from the Philly area and it tasted just like a hoagie. I took as other had suggested and added the red wine vinegar. I also, for presentation, hallowed out the inside of a large loaf of bread. Many people at the party said they wanted to just pick up the loaf and eat it. They absolutely loved it and so did I.

Best Easy Chicken Croquettes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
These were very good. I didn't have any celery so just omitted it. I did add some garlic and basil and fried them in margarine. I didn't realize I had ran out of oil.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
This dish was sooo good! I did as others recommended and used about a half cup of wine and half pound of pasta. I only had 4 oz. of feta and that was just the right amount. My husband who doesn't even like pasta went back for seconds and took leftovers for lunch today. Will definitely make this again.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
These were awesome. My husband who hates pork chops loved them. I have made these with thin cut and with thick cut. The thick cut is the best. You will not be disappointed.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
This was the best chicken pot pie I ever had. I did take some suggestions from other and used Pillsbury ready made pie crusts. I baked the bottom crust for 7 minutes at 425 before adding the filling. I also took another suggestion and added a can of cream of chicken soup, more pepper, garlic, italian spice and parsley. My husband loved it and never eats leftovers but he took what was left for lunch today. Very easy to make and I will definitely being making it again.

The best meatloaf I have ever had. Everyone I have made it for has loved it and asked for the recipe. I didn't make any changes to this recipe and never would. It is a staple in my house.
