Trout with Mushrooms

Best trout recipe we've had yet. My kids gobbled it up! Used cilantro instead of parsley.

I LOVE this recipe. I doubled the beer (one bottle). My family snarfed them down! My 9 year old said "Now you have something to brag about" after eating them! We dipped them in blue cheese dressing...YUM!

Easy Pizza Sauce I

I just made this sauce on homemade pizza. It was WAY to olive oily. If you love the flavor of olive oil...go for it. But I wanted the cheese, onions, garlic etc. to be the star, NOT olive oil. I'll try a different sauce next time that is lower in fat and better tasting.
