We added more salt and lemon juice when we made it here. It was great, a little hotter than I normally like my spices, but still really good. And hey, it can never heart to accustom yourself to even hotter food. =D

It gave the chicken a good flavor, and it tasted great alongside the spicy beans and rice in the burrito!

Amy's Spicy Beans and Rice

This recipe was great! I read the reviews before cooking, so I added about twice the chili powder and cumin, and we left off the cheese at the end because we were using the beans in burritos. Excellent accompaniment to a good spiced chicken recipe!
