Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
This was outstanding! I made it exactly as the recipe calls and it was wonderful. The mustard sauce is awesome. Like others, I will make the mustard sauce often and I will include this recipe in my monthly dinners. Scrumptious. 5 stars!

The sauce was awesome! I went to Costco (they have the best fish) and they were out of Mahi Mahi so I used Halibut filets. It was still delicious. I will make this again. his was delicious.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
Absolutely DEEEELICIOUS. I didn't use the lemon and added some dry mustard. I grilled it with wonderful rib-eyes. OMG, it was Heaven on Earth. I normally smother my steak in A-1 Sauce no matter how good the cut of steak is or what resturaunt we go to. I loved this marinade better than A-1. I can't rave enough about how delicious this was. My husband said it is wonderful too!

Delicious. Hit the spot. I'll be making this again. Like other posters have said, the nice thing about this delicious recipe is that you can change it up by adding things. I think next time I'll add spinach. Yum!

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
YUMMMMMMMY!!!! This was excellent. The only thing I added was about 1/2 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 because I wanted to get rid of it. Delicious! The medallions were melt in your mouth! I will be making this again! I had left overs and the next day I made some noodles and poured it over the noodles and it was wonderful!

Haddock Au Gratin

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
This recipe was delicious and I plan on making this again. I did not have haddock, I had cod and it was fabulous. I made a few changes. I added 3 slices of swiss cheese, a table spoon of prepared mustard and a teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. I also added garlic to the onions when I was cooking them. This recipe is a keeper!

Sorry, but I found this to be sooooo salty we could not eat it. My husband said IF we try it again to only use a teaspoon or two of Worchestershire. This recipe was sooooooo salty it was a waste of $36.00 in seafood,

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
It was tasty but I think 3 teaspoons of peanut butter was WAY too much! It was so peanut buttery it was almost stomach turning. I think it would be perfect with about 1 teaspoon of butter. I also used Cayenne Pepper instead of the hot sauce and that was very good.
