Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce
This was outstanding! I made it exactly as the recipe calls and it was wonderful. The mustard sauce is awesome. Like others, I will make the mustard sauce often and I will include this recipe in my monthly dinners. Scrumptious. 5 stars!

Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi with Soy Shiso Ginger Butter Sauce
The sauce was awesome! I went to Costco (they have the best fish) and they were out of Mahi Mahi so I used Halibut filets. It was still delicious. I will make this again. his was delicious.

French Onion Soup Gratinee
I made this tonight and it was DELICIOUS. I didn't have any red wine and it was still wonderful. I will make this a lot!
