Smoked Turkey Wild Rice Soup

Great soup! I roasted the Turkey legs and left out the half and half to make it healthier. Used homemade turkey broth. Used half the curry called for because my husband isn't a curry fan. Took others advice and added some red pepper flakes. Husband said this may be the best soup I have made. Next time I think we will go with the full curry. I doubled the recipie as we like to freeze portions for quick meal after work. Was great re-heated.

Easy Hummus

Great recipie!! It tasted like it had too much lemon juice so I added another can of beans. Didn't have jalapeno so used cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and a splash of chili flavored sesame oil. Got rave reveiws from the group.

Asparagus and Cashews

This has become one of our favorites! My husband likes extra spice so we used chili flavored sesame oil. Also like to add to stir fried chicken.

Cream of Broccoli Soup III

Looking for a good low fat Brocoli Soup, this was great!! I added a head of cauliflower and some instant potatos to thicken. I am sure my husband will add a good amount of cheese and it will be wonderful. I will eat as is to keep with my diet....:-)

Roast Potatoes

Our family loves these roasted potatos!! I use olive oil and double the rosemary, sprinkle with parmesean cheese while cooking. For soft and creamy on the inside I cook them in the microwave for 5-10 minutes before putting in the oven.

Baked Potato Soup

Very good soup! I used red potatoes since I had them on hand and increased the bacon. It's not what I would normally call a true baked potato soup.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Brown Rice Black Bean Burrito

This was great!! I added ground turkey and increased the chili powder. Hubby has said VERY GOOD several times so it rates 5 stars. For 2 definitely makes enough for leftovers and expect it will freeze well for a quick dinner later.

Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II

Will do again!! Made this soup today. Didn't have fresh asparagus, so used frozen. Added some parmesan cheese as someone suggested. Turned out great! Husband says it rates more than 5 stars.

Joe's Special Scramble

This is a great recipe, I have made Joe's Special for years but didn't have quite the right combination that I remembered tasting years ago. This one does it, only change I made was to use green onions since I was out of others and added Parmesan cheese. My husband raved about it even though he isn't fond of green onions.

Parmesan Baked Potatoes
