Butter Cream Frosting I

oh my God! amazing! but i did have to mend things a little bit. i used only 2 cups of sugar since i cannot stand it being too sweet. i know... i'm weird. and even with 2 cups it was too stiff so i had to add 1/4 cup of heavy cream. but the results was AMAZING!

this is amazing! i have to admit though, my first try, i used brown sugar and somehow it just didn't cut it. this time, i used red sugar (i don't know if it's the same as the brown sugar though) and i just love the results (it tastes different, i tell ye)! it's soft and chewy! and amazingly... mmm~

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

these are really good. taste just like, well, pancakes but good pancakes. only thing for me, it was too salty for my taste. maybe next time, i'd cut the salt in half.

Spritz Cookies IV

this has got to be the best cookie recipe that i DO NOT have to to wait and chill. i did change/add a couple of things though. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>[1] i didn't have cake flour so i used plain flour. 1 cup cake flour = 1 cup plain flour - 2 tbsp. of plain flour + 2 tbsp. of corn flour. [2] i didn't use butter, i used margerine. [3] i used 1/4 cups of icing/confectioners/powdered sugar and 2/4 of white sugar. [3] i added 1 tsp. of vanilla extract. [4] i baked it at 175 (degrees C) for 10 mins.
