i have made this recipe three times now, and i need help!!
the first time worked out really well — i doubled the recipe, added salt, and made a small error with the amount of cayenne which didn't end up mattering. the second time i used olive oil, cranked the heat of the oven. the mixture didn't stick to the almonds at all! it remained a dry-ish, crumbly mixture. so the third time i followed the recipe to a TEE — and the same thing happened! what should i do? add more oil? cook it for longer?
help!! i loved this recipe the first time round when i bumbled through and did lord knows what and i have no idea how to return to those happy days!!
