I just graduated from college with a teaching degree, actively searching for a classroom to call my own! I am engaged to a wonderful guy. We are planning on getting married when he gets done with school, in about 2 years. deserts! My mom and I are cookie masters! I also make a mean scrambled eggs and cheese. I still call Mom with cooking questions constantly (hehe). My mom and I make TONS of candies every christmas. We have done it for years! One of my favorite things to do is take recipes and make my own adjustments and stuff to make them healthier. I get really proud of myself when someone can't tell the difference, or likes the healthier version better! Let's not live in the past, shall we? hahaha
