Crispy Baked Basa

I had never bought this fish before so I was glad to find such a good recipe. My husband was leary as men can be.I followed the recipe exactly except used Panko crumbs. The result was a winner, great flavour and the capers we a great idea. Will make this again!

Oregon Salmon Patties

Good but a little bland the first time so I changed it a bit. I used left over Sockeye salmon used the same ingredients but added a little horse radish and lemon. I also used the Panko bread crumbs that gave the patties a nice crisp coating.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

This was a total hit with my hubby! It had a great spice to it. I served it over mashed potatoes and the heat on the potatoes was very tasty!

this is a great recipe for yorkshire pudding. They are light and fluffy which is important. I will use this recipe for any future roast beef diners.

Baked Potato Soup

This is a delicious soup. I took the advise of another member and made it in my crock pot for 8 hours on low. I used the pre cooked bacon so that part was easy and it gave the soup a nice smokey taste. I would make this again but ad a little bit more cream!

I served this Christmas morning and it was a real hit! I made it earlier so I could just pop it in the oven. I did use real mushrooms though and sauted them with the onions. That was the only change!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This is a easy and delicious recipe. I did it in the slow cooker and my husband loved it. Instead of garlic powder I added two cloves of garlic other than that used all the same ingredients. Will sure be having this is a regular meal through the cold winter months!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

This was simply the best thing I have tasted in ages. I added diced tomatoes and olives and used the shredded tex mex cheese. My husband was also very happy with this recipe. Try it and enjoy!
