Campbell's® Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
De-lic-ious..... Wow, great recipe. I cooked it on low for 8 hours, pulled the pork apart and put it back in for 1 hour with about half a bottle of BBQ sauce. Very tasty!! I'm going to try cooking it on high for 4 hours next time to see if there is any difference. Even our young children who are picky eaters enjoyed it.

Best Ever Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2008
Awesome recipe. No more need for the canned stuff. Whole family liked it especially my 5 year old. Didn't have green pepper but can only imagine that it would have been better with it. Guess I'll have to find out next time. Thanks for a recipe that lives up to its name.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
I agree with several others who found it to be tasty and more like a biscuit than authentic irish soda bread. It was certainly easy to make and clean up after. I'm looking forward to making modifications next time. I took some suggestions to cook it at 350 for 45 minutes but ended up going 350 for 55 mintues. In hindsight, I probably could have let it go for a full hour.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
We were looking forward to these all week and I wrecked them. Ended up coming out more like a cookie cake. I cooked ours for 30 mins and probably should have only let them go for 25. We may try these again with some modifications. The smell while they were cooking was incredible.

Bacon-Topped Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
WOW WOW WOW!!! This was the best meatloaf I've ever had. Definitely not the crumbly dry version from the High School Cafeteria. Wife was skeptical but she loved it and wants me to make it again soon. Kids liked it as well. Putting small pieces of bacon in the middle was an awesome touch.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
Quite possibly the softest cookie I've ever eaten. Very popular with the kids and I had two or three myself (ok maybe 6 or 8) I didn't have cloves or all spice and will give that a try next time because the cookies did lack that unique spice that I was hoping for. I'm looking forward to my second attempt.

Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
Just got done eating this easy to make dish. I must say the wife didn't initially share my enthusiasm about making Shepherd's Pie. She said she had tried it once or twice before and didn't like it. Not only did she like it but she brought some of our leftovers to her Mom and Sister. Their reviews are still pending. I will make this again but I'm considering using less potatoes. I used 10 (because of several reviews I read) but I'm thinking 6-7 might be more around the ball park for us. Overall, great dish. Definite rib sticker. Thanks for an easy to follow recipe.
