SO SO easy to make and VERY yummy! it is very very sweet and rich though..i made it for my 11 year old and 15 year old, and they ate them ALL the first day! i could only handle the sweetness of one, but still very yummy!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
yummy! followed this recipe exactly and it is so yummy! i made it originally to pipe on top my cupcakes (chocolate pudding fudge cake). the first cupcake came out really pretty, but it became a little too runny to pipe on after that. i ended up just spreading it on the cupcake with a knife. SUCH a yummy combination!

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
i made cupcakes with this recipe and they turned out great! i baked them for 20 minutes and they came out just right. i thought they were a little runny right after i took them out of the oven, but i think that was just the 'pudding' part of the cake. it set up fine and gained consistency as it cooled off. very yummy and moist!

Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies II

these weren't that great. the kids, who usually devour cookies, only nibbled on a few of these and never ate the rest.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
I feel like this recipe was changed recently. When I first made this, I wrote down the recipe as using 2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar. It turned out fabulously! I tried it recently with the 1/3 cup of vinegar and it was just AWFUL. 2 tbsp is definately the way to go!
