Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Very good!!! To make it healthier I used less oil, and it was really good. If you use the amount of oil the recipe says, it's probably even better!!!! And so easy!

Butternut Squash Risotto

OH MY GOD!!! This was so good that it never got to the table!! We ate it from the pot with a spoon!! We just couldn't stop!!! I roasted the squash. YUMMY!! I'll make it again this week. I used a lot more squash than the recipe suggested because I wanted to lower the calories, and I didn't use butter, just a tiny bit of oil to sautee the veggies.

Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce

OH MY GOD!! It's the best salmon I've ever had. I tried it 2 weeks ago and have made it 3 times already. The sauce is really good too, I use sour cream instead of yogurt. It's easy, it doesn't leave fishy smell in the kitchen, and super healthy. I added some pressed garlic to the salmon on the pan. I'll keep on doing it forever.

Broccolified Cornbread

I might have used a different type of cormeal, but this recipe didn't turn out like I expected. It lacks of flavor and consistency. I might have used more milk and some cheese, I don't know. Thanks anyways!!

Mulligatawny Soup I

1PM: OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!!! Delicious. Thank god I doubled the recipe! I'm burning my tongue, I can't wait for it to chill. 7PM: I'm on my 6th bowl, I'm about to explode and still want more. I had dessert already and still want to go back to the soup. SOS!

Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

It's exactly what I wanted. I was reading other recipes and I was afraid to end up with a dip, other than a salad dressing. The consistency and flavors are a great salad dressing. I used fat free sour cream instead of mayo and no oil. And also added cayenne pepper. Very fresh!!!

Creamy Carrot With Curry Soup

WOOOWW!! DELICIOUS!! I followed a review and added ground nutmeg, black pepper, cumin and ground cinamonn. YUMMY!!! It's really good and tasty. --------------------- I made this soup again, it's like the 5th time I make it. I'm giving it as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. I made it for a friend and she described it as: "a party of flavors".

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw

WOOOW!! So easy, cheap and healthy. I couldn't believe it when I tried it, I wasnt't expecting it to be sooo good. I used less dressing too, to cut down on sugar and oil and make it healthier.
