Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
Very good!!! To make it healthier I used less oil, and it was really good. If you use the amount of oil the recipe says, it's probably even better!!!! And so easy!

Butternut Squash Risotto

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
OH MY GOD!!! This was so good that it never got to the table!! We ate it from the pot with a spoon!! We just couldn't stop!!! I roasted the squash. YUMMY!! I'll make it again this week. I used a lot more squash than the recipe suggested because I wanted to lower the calories, and I didn't use butter, just a tiny bit of oil to sautee the veggies.

Quick Poached Salmon with Dill Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
OH MY GOD!! It's the best salmon I've ever had. I tried it 2 weeks ago and have made it 3 times already. The sauce is really good too, I use sour cream instead of yogurt. It's easy, it doesn't leave fishy smell in the kitchen, and super healthy. I added some pressed garlic to the salmon on the pan. I'll keep on doing it forever.

Broccolified Cornbread

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
I might have used a different type of cormeal, but this recipe didn't turn out like I expected. It lacks of flavor and consistency. I might have used more milk and some cheese, I don't know. Thanks anyways!!

Orange and Rosemary Baked Olives

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
They are ok, I don't think I liked the mixture of olives and orange juice. They would have been better without the juice for me. Thank you for sharing!

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2008
1PM: OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!!! Delicious. Thank god I doubled the recipe! I'm burning my tongue, I can't wait for it to chill. 7PM: I'm on my 6th bowl, I'm about to explode and still want more. I had dessert already and still want to go back to the soup. SOS!

Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2008
It's exactly what I wanted. I was reading other recipes and I was afraid to end up with a dip, other than a salad dressing. The consistency and flavors are a great salad dressing. I used fat free sour cream instead of mayo and no oil. And also added cayenne pepper. Very fresh!!!

Delicious and very easy and quick. I used firm tofu cut into cubes and I added some thinly sliced mushrooms that fit really good.

Creamy Carrot With Curry Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
WOOOWW!! DELICIOUS!! I followed a review and added ground nutmeg, black pepper, cumin and ground cinamonn. YUMMY!!! It's really good and tasty. --------------------- I made this soup again, it's like the 5th time I make it. I'm giving it as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. I made it for a friend and she described it as: "a party of flavors".

Angie's Dad's Best Cabbage Coleslaw

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2008
WOOOW!! So easy, cheap and healthy. I couldn't believe it when I tried it, I wasnt't expecting it to be sooo good. I used less dressing too, to cut down on sugar and oil and make it healthier.
