Country Fried Squash

I try to cook healthy, but this is a nice treat to have every once-in-a-while. I didn't peel or seed the squash, but it turned out great anyway.

Fettucine in Creamy Mushroom and Sage Sauce

I love this recipie. I've never had oyster mushrooms before, but they are really good. I don't know if this recipie would be as good with another type of mushroom. I didn't have fresh sage so I used a little marjoram and a little rosemary.

Pudding-Topped Fruit Salad

Loved it! I didn't have any mint, but I plan on using some next time. I didn't have any peaches either so I used plums. I used it for a bbq with frends and they all had seconds.
