Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Fantastic pizza crust, brilliant combination of chewy inside and crusty outside. Easy to make. I'd give it four stars about the rising time, but I know good things comes to those who wait.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This recipe is great for pizza in a pinch, but didn't take too well to my pizza stone, and came out dry. I'd rather wait an hour for a raised dough recipe.
