Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
WOAH. So rich and delicious. They literally knocked us off our feet. I can't figure out why they are so rich!

Fudgy Brownies I

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
They were very crumbly, but VERY fudgy. Deceptively sweet (even without frosting). As in, they have a very sweet aftertaste that you don't notice while you're eating it. I would make them again, but put them in a smaller dish. I think if they were thicker they'd stay together better.

Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2009
Great, easy stove-top recipe, which is something I've been needing for awhile. It could use more cheese, and it's definitely better fresh than it is the next day. But overall, I liked it.

Texas Brownies II

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
This was great the next day. Fresh and warm, it wasn't as great. The frosting came out PERFECT and I think the brownie did too, since it was very cakey. It didn't taste very chocolatey though. It probably would've been better with some chocolate chips mixed in.

Stuffed Tomato Basil Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2008
Amazing recipe! I didn't change anything and it turned out fantastic. This was my first "real" meal I tried to make and it worked out perfectly. It was pretty simple and relatively quick. Here are some quotes from the guys I made it for: "My tastebuds are tingling!" and "This is, like, restaurant quality."

Polvorones de Canele (Cinnamon Cookies)

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
Fantastic, easy cookies. However, I only used 1/2 a cup of confectioners sugar for the coating and still had a lot extra. I also doubled the cinnamon all around and it tastes great.

Easy Swedish Apple Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2008
This was good. I made it with half Granny smith and half Fugi and it tasted great. It was still tart, but it's complemented well by the crust. I also put a thin layer of crust on the bottom and it turned out beautifully!
