Mom's Zucchini Bread
I used a combo of whole wheat flour & all purpose so maybe that's why it turned out a little dense... over all it was delicious but a little too dry & dense.

Mango Chicken Bake
Great combination of flavours, just a little bland... next time I will add salt or fish sauce to bring out the flavour of the red curry paste. Thanks though- it was a fun new recipe & I look forward to trying it again with my "tweaks".

Easy Stroganoff
Excellent mid-week recipe. My family loved it & since making it the first time, have asked me to make it again & again....that's always a good sign!
