I'm a totally newbie in the kitchen. I feel that I can't cook, but whenever I make anything (usually recipies from this site) my husband always says that it's great, and he would tell me the truth. I really enjoy trying recipies from this website. Other than that I dont know what to say! HAHA I love mexican food. Enchiladas are my favorite. I also love to bake, but I dont get to do that as much as I would like. Baking Christmas cookies. Dozens and dozens of christmas cookies! Every time I cook something and my husband and I like it! I cooked my first and only Turkey so far a few years ago and my husband and father-in-law said it was the juiciest turkey they ever ate and still talk about it several years later. I've had a few. I have found that if something calls for onions that I need to severely cut back the amount or eliminate them altogether because my husband and I dont care for them much.
