I've made this recipe a dozen times. Never lets me down. Full of wonderful flavor.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

Amazing recipe. Took a while to make, but well worth the wait. Just remember to marinate the night before so you can cut down the prep time.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

OMG. Delicious. A little heavy on the veggie oil, though. I cut it by 1/4 C and it turned out perfect!

I fondly call this recipe, "Pizza Pasta." It was a hit with the kids, and there were no leftovers.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
This recipe turned out really watery. It had good flavor, but lacked a variety of flavor. Preparation and texture were great.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
One clove is too much garlic... and I live in the Garlic Capital of the World! It's a lot easier to cook the noodles in the pyrex container rather than separately beforehand. And instead of mincing/chopping/whisking everything, I dumped the mixture into the blender and set it on "Chop" for a couple seconds and it turned out great. Ruby's Mommy is right. Substitute bread crumbs for French Fried Onions. Delicious!

Southern Potato Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
My recipe changes were: ADD BACON! Cook bacon to a crisp and add it in to substitute the salt. It's a great addition. I'm also not fond of sweet relish, so I substituted with dell relish and added garlic powder instead of a whole minced garlic. It's a little less obtrusive.
