I just made this exactly as the recipe states (I mean, how else can you rate something if you completely change it??) and it turned out fantastic! Super yummy and so, so, SO easy! Will definitely be making this again! Thanks :)

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2010
Made this last night and wow. I used double the amount of Parmesan because I didn't have any Romano. My boyfriend couldn't stop raving about it. I made this only with noodles and will definitely add chicken or shrimp next time to the mix. Follow directions EXACTLY and you're in for a treat! Delicious!!!!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
This was okay. Living in Germany, I can't get the can of Manwich that I loved from back home, so thought I would take a stab of making them myself. This turned out alright, but to me tasted a little too sweet (I don't really know why?). If you are craving to have Sloppy Joes but can't access a can of Manwish, then this is a good one to use, but it just didn't hit the spot like the canned store-bought one can.

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
Made this last night to go on top of the chocolate cake I had made, and WOW! I have never made home-made icing before (always bought it), but now that I am living in Germany the bought stuff is nearly impossible to come by. I thought I would give this a go, and not only is it easy to make with very little ingredients, it tastes AMAZING! Will ALWAYS make it myself now if I want chocolate frosting! Loved it, and people around kept saying how great it was. Yum!

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
I made this last night for a birthday cookout. I am currently living in Germany, so my ingredients may have differed slightly (had to use a make package of cream mushroom soup instead of the usual can of cream of soups that are found easily in the US.. and instead of French Fried Onions, I used crushed up "Onion Ring" chips). This was the one thing out of everything that was brought that was COMPLETELY gone at the end of the night. Hence why I gave it a 5 star rating. I was afraid it might be bland from what I had read, so I added salt/pepper and some Garlic Salt to the mix. Turned out great. The only bad thing I would say is that it turned out to be on the mushy side--similar to mashed potatoes. Still really good, but I would have like my tots to have maintained their crispiness, which I am sure is hard to do with the liquid mix that goes on top. Oh well. Still really tasty and I would make this again.

Italian Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
This Pasta Salad is AWESOME! I have made it a few times now, and EVERY time I am told how it's the best pasta salad people have had. It's so good and the combination of the dressings are delicious. I make it exactly how the recipe says, but I add sliced up black olives and also sliced pepperoni into small strips for an extra kick. Again, this is the best Pasta Salad and I will never make a different version!! YUM!!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
This turned out to be a very simple, but delicious recipe. I too also used some of the tips other have left here and it turned out fantastic! Instead of boiling my noodles, I let them sit in hot water for about 30 minutes. I doubled the meat as others had suggested as well. I also used 1/2 ricotta cheese, 1/2 cottage cheese mixed with 2 eggs for my cheese filling. This turned out awesome, and I definitely plan on making it again!
